Intent.asia helps you examine products against your own circumstances. This early pilot covers email marketing, accounting and invoicing, payment acceptance, customer messaging and CRM, and websites and ecommerce, using published vendor information checked on 11 September 2026.

Platform comparisons

Accounting, payments, CRM and ecommerce compare three selected platforms per category. These are capability screens across product editions, not full plan-price comparisons. Published capabilities do not imply inclusion in every plan. Select requirements to see confirmed, unverified and unsupported checks. We group results by market evidence: published country access first, unverified access next, then Preview access and countries absent from a published list. Within a group we sort by fewer unsupported requirements, fewer unknowns, then more confirmed checks and name. Missing evidence stays unverified. Coverage is selective, not exhaustive.

Market sources were reviewed on 12 September 2026 for Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. A provider country listing supports only provisional access, subject to onboarding. Card-processing coverage alone does not establish merchant eligibility. Other countries remain unverified. Each result exposes availability evidence, local currency costs and privacy checks; accounting, payments and ecommerce also link to country tax and invoicing guidance. These are requirements to investigate, not proof that a product complies. Exact tax rates, exemptions, rollout dates and legal applicability are not automatically calculated. Confirm turnover, registration, business type, customer countries and the exact product edition with the provider and an appropriate local adviser. Market evidence over 90 days old loses its positive availability classification until reviewed again.

Email plan comparisons

We compare your contact count, monthly sending volume, user seats and budget against each recorded plan. Optional requirements add checks for basic automation, vendor branding, annual payment and sending a campaign in a single day. A match means the recorded constraints are satisfied. It is not a quality score, a guarantee of performance or a verdict about local availability.

After market evidence grouping, plans with fewer failed checks appear first, then fewer unknowns, then the proportion of checks met, then price and vendor name. Missing information stays unknown. We do not treat an unpublished daily limit as unlimited.

Prices and coverage

Prices are USD reference amounts unless explicitly stated. Taxes, exchange costs, add-ons and country-specific eligibility may change your cost. Only the recorded contact tier and billing commitment are covered. We do not estimate higher-tier prices. Confirm the current offer with the vendor before purchasing.

Email country selection changes the local checks and source links. No email plan has verified country-specific sign-up, app-store access, language support or billing in this pilot, so those plans remain in the same unverified-access group. A feature or budget match remains provisional; it is not an unconditional recommendation.

Evidence, not invented experience

Every plan links to its source. These are researched comparisons, not claims of hands-on product testing. We have not invented customer reviews, review counts or star ratings. Basic automation support does not imply that every workflow is available.

Commercial independence

No vendor has paid for a ranking in this pilot. Current vendor links are ordinary links; affiliate earnings are not active. If commercial links or sponsored material are added, they will be labelled. Payment will not change the calculation of independent fit.

Questions, usage and feedback

We count page views, searches, requirement changes, comparisons and provider clicks in daily aggregates. Records contain category, chosen business market, event type, a fixed product or control identifier and a broad referrer class. We do not save question text, full referrer URLs, IP addresses or persistent visitor identifiers in the usage database. These are activity counts, not unique people or purchases.

Known AI-service referrers are labelled AI referrals; this does not measure citations in AI answers. Referrers can be missing. The pilot respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control when detected. Local preview activity and signed-in owner activity are excluded, as are declared bots where detectable. Counts may miss visits or include repeated and automated activity. Aggregated records are retained to compare the pilot over time.

Home search identifies categories using basic text matching. New platform pages suggest capability requirements for you to confirm; they do not interpret prices or guarantee understanding of negation. Email question interpretation recognises common requirements and asks you to check the fields. When the AI connection is enabled, the submitted question is sent to DeepInfra for interpretation; the result is labelled AI interpretation. Otherwise a basic text interpreter runs on our server and is labelled accordingly. Avoid personal or confidential information. We do not save question text in our application database. Hosting and model providers may process operational logs. The controls and recorded facts determine the comparison.

Buyer feedback and display names are saved for review. Only approved experience comments appear publicly; corrections and usefulness feedback stay private. Comments are community submissions, not verified purchases, and do not change the ranking. Use the correction form to request removal of a comment, identifying the plan, name and date without adding private details.

We use no advertising trackers or marketing cookies in this pilot. Hosting may use essential access controls and security logs.
