Published Malaysian applicant income RM100,000/year; age 21–65; Maybank account required. Expatriate documents are listed but approval must be confirmed. Amex Reserve and Visa earn differently; points expire after three years. Do not read a points multiplier as miles per ringgit; redemption ratios, exclusions and lounge conditions apply.
